Most items are shipped via UPS Ground Service, but special arrangements can be made if you have unique requirements.* Worldwide shipping considered on case by case basis.

BadAxe Boutique will match the price of local and online competitors. Competitor’s product must be new, in stock, and the exact model. There may be exclusions based on seasonal sales.

Web Store Return Policy

At BadAxe Boutique we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may simply return it. At BadAxe Boutique we give you a 48-hour approval period.

Below are the guidelines associated with our return policy:

Return arrangements must be made within 48 hours of receipt. All refunds will be less shipping costs both ways. You may use your refund for full store credit on another **“In Stock” item. The returning item must have an RA number given to you by a representative. Any item being returned without an RA number will be refused. The returning item must be shipped back in the same manner in which it was received. If there is any damage to the item due to insufficient return packaging the return will be refused and no refund will be issued. All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase price. We will not accept a return if the item has been modified in any way. All items marked consignment are sold as-is, with no returns.

*All refunds may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as original outbound shipping costs.

**“In Stock” item is any item physically in the store and ready to ship.

Custom Orders

Custom Orders require a 100% non-refundable deposit. With exception of manufacturer defect, returns are not accepted on any custom order. Manufacturer defect will be handled under warranty or by exchange only. Any of these purchases are final sales.

An Important Note About Credit Card Fraud:

BadAxe Boutique values its customers. Therefore, to protect our customers, we verify all online credit card purchases, and vigorously pursue all fraudulent attempts to purchase merchandise with stolen or unauthorized credit cards. We work closely with Local, State, and Federal agencies under the auspices of the Computer Crime Act of 1986. If you order something using a stolen credit card, it will be discovered and forwarded to the proper authorities.
