Hailed as the "First Guitar of Rock N Roll" the ES-295 was Scotty Moore's guitar of choice on the first four singles recorded at Sun Studios alongside Elvis Presley. According to Scotty, he traded his Fender Esquire for the glittering gold 295 after seeing it placed in a shop window in Memphis TN. The rest is history, and the Gold Gibson can be heard ushering in the ground breaking era of rock n roll.
